222: Baillieston - Bargeddie - Coatbridge - Monklands Hospital
On Sunday 14th December 2025 the B753 Dundyvan Road, Coatbridge will be closed to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. Service 222, from Monklands Hospital will operate normal route to Bank Street, circling the roundabout at the top of Dundyvan Road then back via Bank Street, South Circular Road, Coatbank Street then picking up normal route from Whifflet Street. Return journey will operate same diversion in reverse. Please note Dundyvan Road will not be served on this journey. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lye Brae, Greenyards Slip Road 1 will be closed from Wednesday 10th December 2025 until Friday 12th December 2025 to facilitate carriageway resurfacing.. Service 346 to Cumbernauld Train station will operate normal route to Forest Road, diverting on to Lenziemill Road, Janes Brae, Greenfaulds Road, South Carbrain Road, Cumbernauld Train Station. Service in the opposite direction is not affected. Please note the bus stop at Beatson Building Supplies going towards the train station will not be served during the closure.

Rhymer Street will be closed on Sunday 7th December 2025 to facilitate resurfacing works. Service 329 from Buchanan Bus Station will operate normal route to Glenbarr Street, diverting left on ti Rhymer Street,Tharsis Street, Roystonhill and resuming normal route. Return journey will operate in reverse. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

On Sunday 7th December 2025, A723 Merry Street will be closed between Mill Road and Jerviston Street to allow demolition works. Service 42/42A journeys to Monklands Hospital will operate normal route and continue on A721 Menteith Road, Windmillhill Street, Craigneuk Street, Robberhall Road, New Craig Road, Merry Street, Jerviston Street and resuming normal route. Return journey will operate same diversion in reverse. Please expect delays due to the diversion in place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
